Part-Time, Licensed, Fee-For-Service Clinician (Must be licensed - State of Massachusetts)

Position Summary

Maria Droste Counseling Services is seeking licensed, competent, and compassionate fee-for-service clinicians (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) to join our mental health team. We are looking for experienced licensed behavioral health therapists who can provide mental health therapy for individuals. Couples, family and child therapy are a plus, however, not required. Our agency provides in person and teletherapy services. We are open to therapist comfortability with both services.

Our agency serves clients from all populations and we provide an extensive range of treatment options. Our suites are warm and welcoming and many of our clients tell us they can feel good energy even as they sit in our waiting area. This is a great opportunity for licensed therapists to join a compassionate team of therapists who all work together to support our mission. Our compassionate approach is lived by each staff member.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual therapy 
• Maintain client treatment records in accordance with agency guidelines
• Refer patients, clients or family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary
• Collaborate with family members, schools, DCF, courts, and other providers as needed.

Qualifications

Master’s level or higher with a current Massachusetts License (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
