Lisa’s path to radio is anything but conventional. After a decade in public relations, including roles as Senior Manager of Public Relations for Coach Inc. in New York City and Vice President of Kortenhaus Communications in Boston, Lisa brought her deep expertise in lifestyle, communications, and brand storytelling to the airwaves. She became a beloved voice on Matty in the Morning before co-headlining her own show, Billy & Lisa in the Morning.
But Lisa’s impact reaches far beyond the radio booth.
Two years ago, Lisa founded Lisa’s Book Club, a passion project built around the simple but powerful idea that books and community belong together. Focused on free events that connect readers with authors tied to New England, the club has welcomed celebrated voices including Elin Hilderbrand, Mel Robbins, Ben Mezrich, Caroline Kepnes, and Lisa Genova. Lisa’s Book Club is proudly partnered with Raising A Reader Massachusetts, reflecting Lisa’s commitment to literacy, access, and community connection.
That commitment to bringing people together, whether around a great book, a meaningful conversation, or a cause worth showing up for, is exactly why Lisa is such a natural fit for Fashion for Compassion.
Outside of her professional life, Lisa is an avid skier, golfer, and runner. A proud South Shore resident, she is mom to two boys, Max and Riley, and their beloved labradoodle, Ruby.
