Since 1992, Maria Droste Counseling Services has provided exceptional outpatient mental health counseling to individuals, couples, adolescents, children (ages 4 and up), and families across Massachusetts. We provide professional services addressing a wide spectrum of needs from anxiety and depression to trauma resolution, grief and relationship issues. Our integrated and holistic approach incorporates various functional modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and more complementing our team's expertise.

At Maria Droste Counseling Services we believe everyone deserves access to affordable and compassionate care. Clients utilize our sliding fee scale because they have no health insurance, because of long waits at other agencies, or because they are burdened with high insurance deductibles & copays, all of which pose barriers to regular, sustained mental health treatment.
